Pulley cleaner for 1800 mm belt

A robust pulley cleaner with stainless steel ribbed through to guide the material further and further to the side, finally out of the return belt range.
The blade itself is made of 20 mm thick highly wear resistant polyurethane and after wearing out, it can be turned to make use of the maximum amount of the material.
To clean the cleaner, a wire is provided to lift the cleaner off the pulley and to let it fall back down. An over tilting prevention is built in the system.
