Belt cleaner saddle pipe sealing

The saddle pipe opening in the drive end frame is typically a challenge of it’s own when you want to seal it well. A nasty opening will spread dust and spillage to the surroundings causing clean up work and operating expenses. Something you want to avoid with the belt cleaners.

For sealing the Schulte Strathaus saddle pipes, we designed an UHMWPE collar that you can fix on the hole to press a sealing plate against the frame. A good example again on a solution to an annoying problem.
