HDPE-Rollers
The Sysi-rollers are designed for the tough conditions.
A steel shell, covered with a thick layer of virgin HDPE and welded to an HDPE bearing housing, where the bearing is protected with multiple lip seals.
With a lower friction coefficient, the rollers work well also as return rollers if your belt is clean.
A nice aspect of the rollers, besides the a bit lower weight is the fact that on the thick HDPE layer, you see easily when they finally start to wear out and it's time to replace them.
